Campbell Hopkins, LMFT

I’m Campbell, and I’m glad you’re here. When you walk through my door, I want you to feel the kind of comfort that allows you to get cozy on the sofa and take a deep breath before diving into what matters most to you. Throughout the process, my hope is that all parts of you - those you love and know well and those that you struggle with or push away in your daily life - feel welcome, seen, appreciated, and understood. Whether you’re in a season of transition or pain, you want to more fully explore your story, or you desire a deeper connection with your inner world, I’d be honored to join you in that place of connection and transformation.

My passion for the work I do comes straight from my own therapy experience. Getting to understand my parts and my story led me to be more compassionate toward myself and how I function in the world and changed my relationships for the better, knowing that I could show up more confidently and more fully myself. Becoming a mom was also a huge shift that led me to realize how much support women need during this time, as we try to figure out who we are and want to be as moms while also caring for this new little life. I hope I can be that support for you.

When I’m not in the office, I spend most of my time with my husband, our two littles (daughter and son), and our dog, Otis. You can usually find me reading some kind of fiction, walking or getting coffee with friends, baking sourdough, cooking something warm and cozy, struggling through a NYT Sunday crossword, or in my happy place: gathered around the table with good friends, eating great takeout (bonus points for something sweet afterwards) and playing a game or having big conversations about what’s happening in our lives.
